BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
How can I book a tattoo appointment?
Each artist manages their own booking system. Visit our Booking page to find each artist’s preferred method—this may include a contact form, email, Instagram, or KeepTheFees (KTF).
Walk-ins are welcome when artists are available.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
Deposit amounts and policies vary by artist.
Do you take same-day or last-minute appointments?
Same-day availability depends on the artist’s schedule and workload.
Walk-ins are often the fastest option for same-day tattoos.
First available artist that specializes in the requested style will be selected.
Do you accept group bookings?
Group or matching tattoo appointments may be available depending on artist schedules.
Please contact the studio ahead of time so we can coordinate multiple artists if needed.
POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A government-issued ID is required for all tattoos and most piercings.
Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and fed.
Can I bring a friend?
Most artists allow one guest, but some prefer to work without spectators. Please check with your artist beforehand.
Can I get tattooed if I’m sick?
No. We cannot tattoo or pierce you if you’re sick, on antibiotics, or under the influence.
Can I get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. For safety reasons, we do not tattoo individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do you tattoo hands, necks, or faces?
Some artists do, others don’t. These placements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis during consultation.
Do you accept tips?
Yes, tips are always appreciated but never required.

Do you do cover-ups or reworks?
Yes, many of our artists offer cover-ups and reworks. We recommend booking a consultation to determine what’s possible.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes. Reference images are welcome. Your artist will help adjust and customize your idea to ensure it tattoos well.
Do you copy other artists’ tattoos?
No. We do not replicate another artist’s exact tattoo. We can create an original design inspired by your reference.
Can you draw something for me before I book?
Most artists only design after a deposit is paid. Design policies vary by artist.
Do you offer temporary tattoos or henna?
No. We only offer professional tattooing services.
Do you offer scar cover tattoos?
Some artists do. Scar tissue varies, so a consultation is required.
PIERCINGS
Do I need an appointment for a piercing?
Piercings are typically walk-in friendly, but availability varies daily. Contact the shop or piercer for the day’s schedule.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
Most piercers do not install outside jewelry due to safety and quality standards.
Do you do children’s piercings?
Age restrictions vary by piercing type. A parent or legal guardian with matching ID is required for minors.
Do piercings include aftercare instructions?
Yes. Your piercer will provide written and verbal aftercare instructions.
TOUCH-UPS & HEALING
Do you offer touch-ups?
Touch-up policies vary by artist.
Many offer one complimentary touch-up within 6 months, but poor healing, sun damage, or improper aftercare may result in additional charges.
How do I know if my tattoo needs a touch-up?
Send clear, well-lit photos to your artist after it’s fully healed (typically 4–6 weeks).
How long does a tattoo take to heal?
Initial healing takes 1–2 weeks. Full healing may take 4–6 weeks depending on size and placement.
MERCH & SHOP ITEMS
How can I buy merchandise?
Merch is available:
In-studio
On our website
Through individual artists’ online shops
Some merch ships from the studio, others ship from the artist directly.
Do you restock limited items?
Some items restock, but many artist drops and prints are limited edition.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer studio-wide gift cards and artist-specific gift cards.
Please note: Artist gift cards can only be used with the issuing artist.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods vary per artist, but the studio generally accepts:
Cash (in-studio)
Credit/debit cards
KeepTheFees (KTF) for participating artists
Online processors like Stripe, PayPal, or Afterpay (varies per product and artist)

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Some merchandise platforms offer Afterpay or similar services.
Tattoo appointments are paid per artist policy.
